With our returns process, you can shop worry-free.

RETURN POLICY 

Body Glove Paddlesports Shop and Surf 9 will offer returns at no cost within 90 days after receipt or a confirmed delivery, assuming the item is returned in a like-new condition. 

Returns must be re-packed with all the original parts and packing materials and you must protect all the components and accessories so that the item does not come back damaged. 

Product defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and will be covered outside the first 90 days after receipt or a confirmed delivery up to the end of the provided warranty. Warranty claims must be confirmed by either photograph as directed by the customer service team. To file a warranty claim, or return due to a defect, contact support@bodyglovewatersports.com or by phone at 866.696.9257 Weekdays 9:00am-5:00pm ET.

If there is shipping damage, Surf 9 DBA Body Glove will exchange/refund the item at the discretion of Surf 9 DBA Body Glove. 

GENERAL WARRANTY 

Surf 9 manufacturer’s warranty is a limited 1-year warranty with an additional year offered once the product has been registered. To register your item, please visit registermyboard.com for eligibility and more information. This warranty does not cover return shipping to Surf 9. Product defects must be confirmed by both photograph and claim submission through support@bodyglovewatersports.com or by phone at 866.696.9257  Weekdays 9:00am-5:00pm ET. 

This warranty is valid only for owners in the United States and Canada.
